A new stamp ...

Hello my lovely friends and visitors, I hope your week is going well. Recently I was very lucky to win at the Paperbabe Stamps Challenge and one of my prizes is the beautiful stamp I have used on today’s card and here it is …

A 148mm square card
Lots of lovely texture and depth
The beautiful peony
Lots of lovely shimmer and shine

Created for me and especially for these Challenges
Butterfly Challenge #97 Spin the Wheel with the letter L:
I used lemon and layers with my butterfly

Paperbabe Stamps Challenge #69 Picture Inspiration

Lots of little and big snippets were used to create this card. The background layer was stencilled with the roses and was left over from another project. The strip of stencilled card had UTEE added over the top of texture paste which I left to dry overnight before using my heat tool the next day to create that beautifully risen shining detail, that was another snippet left over from another project. The flower was stamped onto a final snippet and I coloured the flower with watered down acrylics and the background with distress re-inker. Several Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and roses were coloured with inks to match the pretty peony and they were the finishing touch. Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment. I really do appreciate it and I hope you get some time to do what you love to do soon ttfn Karen x
