My first of 2018 ...

Hello my lovely friends and visitors, I hope your week was a good one and you have amazing weekend plans. I know, okay, I do but it’s got to be done, lol, and here is 2018’s first Christmas card …

It has lots of lovely texture and depth but will post normally!

I know it’s daft of me but I feel like I have to apologise, lol. So here are the reasons for creating and sharing my first 2018 Christmas card:

1. Christmas was not frantic last year (2017);
2. Christmas cards that didn’t requite a trip to the post office were sent by the second week of December last year (2017);
3. I created this earlier than I would usually so I might as well share it lol!

I have been creating my own Christmas cards for over ten years now and this was the first Christmas that I wasn’t creating Christmas cards right up to and including Christmas Eve and every year I’ve felt exhausted, tired out and stressed. Last year I started creating Christmas cards at the beginning of January but I didn’t always share them at the time.

This year I have decided to start creating them early again and I’m hoping that I will have all of our Christmas cards created, written and posted by the second week of December this year again. It’s worth it to me and to my hubby, he noticed I was a lot less stressed this Christmas lol! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and comment. I really do appreciate it and I hope you get some time to do what you love to do soon. I’m going to play with some more new tools next ttfn Karen xx
